Sara Hellman advises business owners, executives and investors in mergers and acquisitions, investments and other business transactions, as well as general corporate issues including entity formation, reorganizations and ongoing business counseling. She has worked with businesses in a variety of industries, including professional services, hospitality, manufacturing, life sciences and technology. Sara particularly enjoys guiding clients through complex acquisitions to help them achieve the expectations and goals they’ve set for themselves and their families, as well as for the future of the businesses they’ve worked so hard to build.
Prior to joining DMC, Sara was a corporate attorney with the Boston office of Foley & Lardner LLP and a partner at the Austin boutique business law firm of Griffin Frey, PLLC. Sara is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (inactive).
In her free time, Sara enjoys jogging along the hike and bike trail or exploring Texas state parks with her dog, Khloe, and playing pickleball and sand volleyball with her husband, Matt.
