Mary-Wommack enjoys working with a mix of clients, from public companies acquiring complimentary businesses to software entrepreneurs trying to grow and sell their businesses to family offices trying to make smart investments to small businesses just getting started. She prides herself on listening to her clients’ specific concerns are helping them to address them with an eye toward practicality and efficiency.
She loves to help clients start from the 10,000 foot view of their deal structure before breaking the transaction into its component parts. She keeps complicated projects like complex mergers organized and moving along on pace while tracking the details and making sure that nothing slips through the cracks. She adores a good checklist.
