Mark is focused on supporting attorneys and clients through a wide variety of business matters and transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity investments, corporate governance, entity formation and capital structure, commercial contracts, corporate taxation, data privacy, government and regulatory compliance and general business issues. He has worked with clients in a variety of fields, including legal, tax, treasury, banking, finance, payroll, HR, external affairs and government and regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining DMC in April, 2022, Mark had a long career at Nielsen, the multi-national media ratings and marketing information company and at its predecessor, VNU, a Dutch business information company. Before that, he worked at the law firm of Pryor, Cashman, Sherman, and Flynn and the mutual fund company First Investors in New York City. Since leaving Nielsen, Mark was a Legal Instrument Examiner at the Charleston County, SC Register of Deeds.
Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, and his children, Roy and Iris. In his spare time he enjoys yoga, meditation, reading, watching documentaries, and visiting parks and museums, and going to new and different restaurants.
