Abigail advises clients in a variety of corporate and securities law matters and assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate governance, entity formation and capital structure, commercial contracts and general business issues. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, energy, manufacturing, and professional services. Abigail is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. She takes the time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values and feedback into her work. She manages relationship transparency and collaborates with clients, so they can see how their interests are being served at every stage of a transaction.
Prior to joining DMC in 2017, Abigail was a corporate attorney in the Austin office of Baker Botts L.L.P. Abigail is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
When Abigail is not practicing law, she enjoys riding her horse, practicing yoga and spending time outside exploring Austin’s nature trails with her two dogs.
